New Year's Eve Party at Elephant Beach Club

Elephant Beach Club on Chaweng Beach holds its New Year's Eve party on Thursday 31 December 2026, from 7 pm until late. Its events page names three guest DJs on the poster, Javier Gonzalez, Unihorse and Natasha Paï, and lists fire shows and fireworks over Chaweng Bay.
Entry to the party is 500 THB (~14 USD). A set dinner facing the sea starts at 7 pm for 5,000 THB (~143 USD) per person, with entry to the party included. It has three courses with a choice of main, and the listed dishes include scallop carpaccio, oysters, foie gras, beef tenderloin or tiger prawns. Dinner is by reservation only, and VIP packages are booked online through Ticketmelon. The page states no dress code.

Live music on Koh Samui
Live music on Samui is spread across the evening bar strips rather than one venue. Chaweng Beach Road has bars with house bands playing rock, reggae and pop covers, plus a small jazz club. Lamai leans towards reggae and rock bands, and Bophut's Fisherman's Village suits a quieter drink with a singer or duo. Larger club nights bring in visiting international performers, usually announced a few weeks ahead on the club's own channels. Resorts also host jazz and beach concerts now and then. Most nights start late, so expect the main acts after 22:00.
Around Chaweng
Chaweng is the main resort town on Samui's east coast, with the longest beach on the island, roughly 7 km of sand. Soi Green Mango, just back from the beach, is the nightlife alley, and Central Festival Samui sits between the beach road and Chaweng Lake. Chaweng Beach Road is one-way northbound and slows to a crawl between 17:00 and 20:00 with taxis, scooters and pedestrians. Most club nights, pool parties and Muay Thai bouts are here, and Pru Chaweng Park hosts public festivals and races.
