Samui69 is a small, non-commercial project (no ads, no affiliate links, no sponsored placements, no paywall), so most of what lands in the inbox comes from readers, not advertisers, and that's exactly how we want it.
Email is the only channel we check regularly: there's no phone line, no office, and no live chat. It's run by a small team, so replies aren't instant, but every message gets read.

These accounts are for posts and updates, not for reporting problems: if something on the site needs fixing, email is more reliable, since comments and direct messages are easy to miss.
Corrections & Contributions
Places close, prices change, and roads get rerouted: if something on the site is wrong or out of date, we want to know. To help us verify and fix it quickly, include:
- The page URL
- What's wrong
- What it should say instead
- Where you saw the correct information
- The date you were there, if it's a place you visited
We check what you send before changing anything. Once a correction lands, the page's "last updated" date changes, so you can see it was actioned. If you'd like to write or contribute an article, tell us the topic first and we'll let you know if we're already covering it.
Photo Credits & Takedowns
Photos on this site come from Pexels, Wikimedia Commons, and Openverse, and each is credited on the page it appears on. If you're the photographer and want a credit corrected or a photo removed, email us a link to the page and the photo in question and we'll sort it out promptly.
Press & Reuse
Journalists and other sites are welcome to quote short passages with attribution and a link back. If you want to reuse a larger chunk of text or republish an article in full, ask first: email us with what you'd like to use and where.
What We Don't Do
Samui69 doesn't sell placements. There are no paid listings, no sponsored reviews, no link exchanges, and no fees to be added or featured: the site makes no money and never will. Our support page is live: it's a record of what we checked for local causes: who we could verify, where their work happens, where their money is registered, and where we found no one to vouch for. Every link goes to the organisation's own donation page, nothing routed through us.
Accessibility & Broken Pages
If a page won't load, images are missing, or the layout breaks on your device, let us know which page and what device or browser you were using. That's usually enough for us to track down the issue.
