About this event

Christmas Day Brunch 2026 is served at Ocean Kiss at Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort on Friday 25 December, from 12 pm to 3 pm. The restaurant looks over Chaweng Beach. The menu features oysters, a raw seafood bar and roasts, with a live band, carols and entertainment for children.

Rates are set separately for adults and for children, and service and tax are added. The brunch is the family-oriented lunch in the resort's Christmas programme, which also includes the Tree Tops tasting menu and a beach barbecue on Christmas Eve. Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui lists its own Christmas Day brunch at another restaurant, so make sure you book the one you mean. A reservation through the resort is the way to secure a table.

Food, workshops, family on Koh Samui

Beyond the nightlife, Samui's other events are mostly food, classes and resort programmes. Thai cooking classes often begin with a market visit and end with lunch, and some welcome children. In the festive season, hotels in Chaweng, Bophut and Maenam stage Christmas Eve dinners, brunches and New Year's Eve galas with beach countdowns and fireworks. Some are open to outside diners and others are tied to a stay, so ask the hotel and book early. Family options include Muay Thai sessions and zipline parks.

Around Chaweng

Chaweng is the main resort town on Samui's east coast, with the longest beach on the island, roughly 7 km of sand. Soi Green Mango, just back from the beach, is the nightlife alley, and Central Festival Samui sits between the beach road and Chaweng Lake. Chaweng Beach Road is one-way northbound and slows to a crawl between 17:00 and 20:00 with taxis, scooters and pedestrians. Most club nights, pool parties and Muay Thai bouts are here, and Pru Chaweng Park hosts public festivals and races.
