About this event

Alec Monopoly was the named guest at Club Seen on Chaweng Beach on Saturday 28 March 2026, with doors at 2 pm. He is a New York artist known for street art, and press profiles also list him as a DJ. The Megatix listing tags the night as party, DJ and art, and the page is now marked as an event that has already taken place.

The listing does not describe the art side of the programme, so whether it included live painting or an installation is not documented here. Club Seen is a day-to-night beach club on the sand at Chaweng, and the March date came after the winter run with Defected, Glitterbox and Nina Kraviz. The club's owner reports that the venue entered DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs 2026 at number 52.

Parties on Koh Samui

Samui's party scene is concentrated in Chaweng. Soi Green Mango and the beach clubs along Chaweng Beach Road are where nights run from around 22:00 into the early hours, and the noise carries to nearby rooms, so choose where you sleep with that in mind. Beach clubs often start with a pool party in the afternoon and turn into dance floors after dark. Lamai is more laid-back, with reggae bars. The famous Full Moon Party is not on Samui: it takes place on Koh Phangan, reached by ferry. Alcohol sales are restricted on major Buddhist holidays, so check the date.

Around Chaweng

Chaweng is the main resort town on Samui's east coast, with the longest beach on the island, roughly 7 km of sand. Soi Green Mango, just back from the beach, is the nightlife alley, and Central Festival Samui sits between the beach road and Chaweng Lake. Chaweng Beach Road is one-way northbound and slows to a crawl between 17:00 and 20:00 with taxis, scooters and pedestrians. Most club nights, pool parties and Muay Thai bouts are here, and Pru Chaweng Park hosts public festivals and races.
